There is no Dana. There is only Zuul

I made this guy over the summer. This was one of my first attempts at using home made clay. In his former life he was a reindeer lawn ornament. I much prefer him like this, my wife does not second that thought.

The Making of Mister Blister

"Mister Blister" comes from a memory of my middle school years (back in the dark ages). The kids referred to one of the teachers as "Mister Blister" because he always looks like he had blisters on his forehead...Yuk! The paper clay on this prop kinda makes it look like he forgot his sunblock after a day of terrorizing and is now blistering.

This guy is made entirely of household junk. Empty water bottles, plastic bags, empty cookie dough containers, pistachio shells, you get the picture...
Watch what happens to the placement of the head as the construction progresses

He looked hungry..so I added some snackage to his mid section

The Evolution of Frank

This was my first real attempt at making my own prop. For reason's unknown (or unremembered) we named him Frank.

I think Frank looks like a guardian angel..just a really ugly one
Frank got some new clothes last year
Inspired by the corn witch at http://www.pumpkinrot.com/ Frank got a make over a few weeks back...

I guess we need to call Frank, Frankina now
